Refunds and returns are governed by vendor policies. Buyers must contact vendors directly for disputes.

9. Intellectual Property

All platform content belongs to Blose. Vendors grant Blose a license to use their product content.

10. Prohibited Activities

Users must not engage in fraud, misuse the platform, upload unlawful content, or bypass platform systems.

11. Limitation of Liability

Blose is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from marketplace transactions.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Blose harmless from claims arising from your use of the platform.

13. Termination
